Feasibility studies

The Project will finance feasibility studies for improving water and wastewater treatment services in the selected communes. The final objective is to attract external EU financing for investments and priority would be given to communes that have an impact on transboundary water with a total of 96 feasibility studies to be funded. Funds will also be provided to test and demonstrate the feasibility of biogas/energy co-generation of manure/organic household waste through anaerobic digestion at least in one commune.
